Glorytrip offers you a weekend getaway to a resort set away from the maddening crowd To a camp Located in the foothills of the lower western Himalayas at an altitude of 3,300 feet (1000 meters) above sea level at a safe distance of 18kms from Dehradun in a village Mahendrapur, the Camp is spread over 20 acres and is set amidst lush Green Forest by the side of Song River for safe water fun.

Travel Plan:

Late Night or Early morning pickup form a common point in Delhi- Drive to the Camp site. Reach by noon, and next day check out by Noon from the camp to reach Delhi by late evening.

Tour would conclude with a drop at the pickup point.

Please Note:

– There is electricity at the camp in common area. We use Lantern lights at night.

– Toilets are equipped with running water units. These are not attached to the tents but are set up for ecological reasons above the high water mark.
– Running water available 24/7, and hot shower units (in the morning).

Cost Excludes:

Any Hard/Soft Beverage, Meals other than Mentioned, Expenses of Personal Nature.

Payment Terms:

50% of the Payment to be made for confirmation in favor of “Glorytrip”.

Remaining to be cleared 10 days before the Departure.

Cancellation Terms :

50% of the total amount charged if Cancelled 2 Weeks prior the trip
75% of the total amount charged if Cancelled 1 Week prior the trip
100% Cancellation charge if cancelled less than 1 week of travel/postponement of the trip / no show.

Cost Structure:

The above cost includes Accommodation/Transportation in AC Luxury Vehicle and all activities and meals as per the inclusions mentioned above.
