The Ladakh road Trip 2019 is a motoring expedition where participants can either drive their vehicle or book a seat in our vehicle which travels along and travel together in a group –

All vehicles will start together every morning & end the day at the same night halt. The expedition gives you the ultimate freedom & flexibility to take pictures, relax, snack & enjoy the journey– after all that is what self –drive expeditions are all about.

Places covered are: Patnitop/ Jammu (Starts) -via Srinagar- Drass- Kargil- Magnetic Hill- Leh- – Khardung La- Nubra – Diskit- Hunder Sand Dunes- Chang la- Pangong Lake- Tanglang-la -with Leh Local Site Seeing and Return Via Manali.

• The journey is planned to cater the best of services and food options available on the way and to help one acclimatize gradually to the changing atmospheric pressure.
• Members on the group are through reliable references and recommendations. We limit our size and members to ensure a healthy group formation, co-operation, safety and above all have fun and enjoy the trip.

Cost Breakup with services:

• Part A (Applicable for all)– In case You ride/drive your own motorcycle or car/SUV. Cost per person: INR 23,900/-
• Part B (For Those requiring our Transport)
  Option A- (In case you do not have your own drive vehicle) – you can book a seat in our reserved vehicle which will be chauffeured by our drivers (SUV or Tempo Traveler) and be a part of the trip. Supplemental cost for Providing Transport: 16,900/- (This includes the cost of transport for 11 Days, including additional vehicle that needs to be hired at Leh for Ladakh Site Seeing.)
• Option B (If you wish to Ride a hired Bike at Ladakh only- but need out transport for the rest of the journey)– IN case you wish to fulfill your Riding Desire around Ladakh- you can hire a Bike on the day we are at Leh and do the stretch of Pangong and Nubra Valley & Local Site Seeing on the Bike. Rest of the journey can be done in our Vehicle. Supplemental cost for Providing Transport: 12,900/- (This Excludes the cost of Leh Local Site seeing and Transfers. Bike Hire and Fuel Expenses on your own)

Proposed Point of Assembly: – Aug 17th at Patnitop (Anytime during the Day) / Trip Ends after breakfast at Manali on: 27th Aug, 2019.
In case of any unforeseen situations before the start of the trip- the trip may start from Manali and end at Patnitop OR Start and end at Manali or Patnitop – as per the factors determining the decision at that stage. The decision will lie solely on Glorytrip and no cancellation will be entertained.

COST INCLUDES:

We will be taking care of the following:

• Accommodation in Luxury and comfortable : Hotel, Houseboats and Camps (as per feasibility/specialty) on Double/Twin Sharing Basis.
• Backup, comprising of a crew equipped with Oxygen cylinder, emergency food supplies and first aid kits# .
• Almost 500 grams supply of Dry Fruits pp necessary in such climatic conditions (Walnuts, dried apricots, raisins, almonds, dates, Gooseberry (Aawla) candy, pistachio, Fig).
• Complimentary Tea, Buffet Meals (Breakfast & Dinner)
• Planning the route & planning activities to give you a memorable experience.
• Route Map and elevation profile, Essential Lists, etc.
• Local guidance and support
• Applicable taxes and service charges

COST EXCLUDES:

• Meals and drinks not mentioned
• Vehicle fuel, maintenance, any additives or any additional cost on your vehicle, towing / carrying charges for your vehicle (For Self-drive vehicles).
• Airfare/train fare/ Bus or Taxi Fare or any other fair to assembly point or from departure point.
• Insurance & documentation charges.
• Cost on items of personal nature like, phone calls, tips, liquor, cameras etc.
• Any hotel or any associated charges incurred prior to the official start or end of the expedition.
• Cost incurred due to any alteration in plan due to any condition beyond our control
• Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances like ill health, vehicle breakdown or repair, land-blocks, bad weather , snowfall etc.
• ILP’s for restricted areas (Govt. Charges to be paid in person)- Estimated Cost INR 500 Per Person- We will get it arranged and delivered at our hotel in Leh.

For people needing our transport – Our vehicles are liable for services from the Assembly point to the drop point only- in case you request and if available- we will offer complimentary pick and drop to the assembly point and return which is Subject to:

• 1. Availability/ capacity with us
• 2. On first come-first serviced basis on request after confirmation with advance deposit
• 3. You should be available at scheduled spot at our kickoff time at Delhi (A day prior to the commencement of the trip).
• 4. Preference will be given to ladies keeping their safety on priority.
